Rule 14a-8 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 introduced a framework for shareholders to request a proposal be included in the company's proxy statement. Tracking the proposals submitted shows the issuers shareholder activists are targeting and how peers are handling the proposals. Insights from non-calendar fiscal year company filings
